Roasting
We decided to get green coffee beans from overseas and started roasting our own coffee like millions of Ethiopians do every day. Obviously the results were reflected in cup quality. There is no short cut or substitute for freshness. In order to enjoy the wonderful aroma and the amazing character of coffee, you must use freshly roasted coffee beans. Most professional roasters in the industry agree that 95% of the coffee consumed in this country is stale. For the past 20 years we have been roasting coffee for ourselves, as well as family members and close friends. |
